As workplace stress is definitely on the rise the key is to effectively manage stress in order to minimize or eliminate the negative effects. In conjunction with many stress management tools the use of essential oils are a powerful resource. Inhaling essential oils stimulates the olfactory system, the part of the brain connected to smell, including the nose and the brain. As the molecules reach the brain, they affect limbic system, which is linked to the emotions, heart rate, blood pressure, breathing, memory, stress, and hormone balance. This seminar will first focus on specific essential oils and their application to help ease stress, anxiety and various workplace triggers and improve workplace productivity.  To create a healthy work environment this seminar will also focus on how to reduce the spread of the cold & flu virus. Participants will learn which essential oils will keep these germs at bay.

Meet Brian. Brian has been a fitness and holistic life coach for over 20 years and has had several roles ranging from the fitness frontline, to management, leadership, teaching, and business ownership. His current mission is to help clients optimize health and inner power in order to bring their best to life endeavours. By blending the fundamentals of health, fitness and lifestyle design with Reiki healing, he delivers an intuitive yet practical approach that support each client in navigating their unique wellness journey.
