Speaking & Corporate Programs: Trionne has developed and delivered corporate wellness and nutrition seminars to a wide range of organizations, including but not limited to Toronto Police Services (over 15 divisions, and 200 seminars), the University Health Network, the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario, Xerox, Yahoo!, GoodLife Fitness, Corus Entertainment, and Intact Insurance. As a presenter, Trionne channels her interpersonal strengths to engage audiences, drawing on research and facts to provide organizations and their employees with direction on achieving their health goals. She is also creator and facilitator of the nutrition component program for Thorpe Benefits Health & Wellness workplace wellness division.
Sports Nutrition: As Lead Sports Nutritionist and the Manager of Nutrition Services with the Canadian Sport Institute, Trionne steered the nutrition team through the development and delivery of services to national and provincial athletes. During this time, Trionne earned an IOC Sports Nutrition Diploma from the International Olympic Committee and went on to personally work with several teams in preparation for the 2012 Olympic Games, and with the national women’s rowing team who won silver in the 2012 Olympics.
Media: Trionne has been called upon by various media outlets to provide subject matter expertise in holistic nutrition. She was also solicited and engaged by Pinewood Studios to work one-on-one with actor Daniel Craig on preparing him for his role in Dream House. (2011)

I educate others on nutrition and lifestyle habits using evidence-based information, common sense and a critical eye. I really enjoy working with groups in corporate environments.
